Choosing Porcelaingres means choosing porcelain wall and floor surfaces of the highest quality with the highest sustainability standards.

Porcelaingres produces innovative porcelain stoneware wall and floor coverings at its facility south of Berlin, one of the most modern in Europe. The production process and plant technology set the standard in terms of sustainability as well as environmental and climate impact.


In Vetschau, 40% of the raw materials used are sourced from recycling processes. Rainwater and production waste are collected and reused or reprocessed. Some of the company’s energy needs are covered by renewables. The 870-meter long photovoltaic system installed on the roofs of the production plants produces 2.4 MWp of electricity required for production.


In recent years, state-of-the-art manufacturing, measurement and regulation technologies have reduced the production process to a few streamlined steps, with a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Thanks to heat energy recovery from the kilns, it has been possible to reduce CO2 emissions by approximately 4,000 tons per year

Format variants

The different thicknesses, surface finishes and anti-slip ratings (from R9 to R11 A + B + C) make our high quality porcelain surfaces and slabs suitable for both indoor (6 mm and 8 mm) and outdoor (20 mm) use.
