CARL-BLECHEN-CARRÉ / COTTBUS / GERMANY
The construction work at the future Carl-Blechen-Carré in Cottbus runs at full speed. With approximately 50 million Euro total investment volume it belongs to the large-scale projects in Cottbus. The new building with approx. 20,000 sqm sales and trade area is scheduled to be finished autumn 2008.

GRAND OPENING OF THE HITACHI POWER EUROPE GMBH HEADQUARTER IN DUISBURG
On September 21st, 2007 after 16 months of construction the over to 22,500 sqm large administration building was solemnly handed over to the Hitachi Power Europe GmbH. 600 employees are now working at the new European headquarter of the Japanese company in Duisburg.
